
Ardoino's "Vallaurea" is made of 100% Taggiasca olives from Liguria in Italy. Ligurian olive oil tends to be lighter and more delicate - perfect for that last little finishing drizzle. "Vallaurea" means golden valley, referring to the area where the olives are grown.
The Ardoino family has been making olive oil for over 150 years, and was on of the first to export to the United States.
