Moretti Semola di Gran Duro

Moretti Semola di Gran Duro is Durum wheat ground to a fine, but not superfine, flour. Its high gluten content and rustic texture makes it perfect for dried pastas in short shapes, like Orrechiette. 

The Moretti family has been milling in Lombardy for over 100 years. Now in the fourth generation, they focus on the traditional method of slow air dried grains and small batch milling.
